What do I have to do when I receive my order?

Always check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with all the information regarding the delivery time, number of packages, courier delivering your order, tracking link and attached invoice.

The courier will deliver at the provided address. In case of not being present you can call them and make a new appointment. With some agencies, you can also request delivery to a collection point.

When the courier is about to deliver your order, before signing the delivery note, you must check both the state of the packaging and the number of packages:

  1. Make sure the merchandise is unhandled and in good condition when you accept it. In the event of any external damage, the recipient of the merchandise must indicate what happened on the delivery note of the distributor indicating "damaged merchandise".
  2. Check if the number of packages matches that indicated on the delivery note. If the number of packages does not match, write it down on the delivery note before signing, indicating "missing package".

Note: Complaints must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Otherwise, fitnessdigital cannot be held responsible for damages caused or loss of packages.
