Bulky/heavy items delivery: the carrier will phone you to arrange the delivery.
Small items delivery: If you are not there at the moment of the delivery, the courier will leave you a note or send you an e-mail in order to rearrange the delivery. If the estimated time of delivery has run out and the courier has not contacted you, contact us to check what is going on and try to speed up the delivery.
If the deilvery is refused or if the carrier isn't able to arrange the delivery with you, we will charge you the shipping costs (find the returning costs in the ''Return and Exchanges'' section).
