To register the warranty extension, it is essential to complete and submit this Product Registration form within 28 days of the purchase date.

Compex electrostimulators also include the possibility of obtaining 1 additional year of warranty free of charge.
To do so, you must complete the Compex Warranty Extension form during the first year after purchasing the device.
