fitnessdigital organises a prize draw among customers who have received our invitation by email and shared their review on our website, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed below
At fitnessdigital, we want to know what our customers think, both about the products they purchase and their shopping experience. Their feedback helps us improve every day and provides useful information to other buyers.
To encourage participation in our verified review system, we organise a prize draw among customers who share their experiences. We invite our customers to share their feedback through an email sent a few days after their purchase, provided they have agreed to receive these communications in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All valid reviews are entered into the prize draw on equal terms, regardless of whether they are positive, neutral or negative. Participation is not conditional on giving a particular rating or recommending the product.
This promotion is open to customers who submit their review between 31/10/2024 and 31/12/2026, subject to the following conditions:

Reviews containing insults, offensive or derogatory language, fraudulent content or material that does not comply with our publication criteria will not be considered.
fitnessdigital reserves the right to exclude incorrect, incomplete or non-compliant entries. Only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize draw will take place at random during the working days following the end of each participation period, among all customers, regardless of country, who have submitted a valid review on our website during the three months immediately preceding the draw.
If we are unable to contact the winner within a maximum of 15 days, or if the winner declines the prize, a new draw will be held among the same participants, excluding the previously selected winner.
The prize consists of a refund of the amount of the order associated with the review, up to a maximum of €300. For example, if the order amount is €277, the prize will be €277. If the order amount exceeds €300, the maximum prize will be €300.
To be eligible to participate, the minimum purchase amount must be €100. If the customer returns the order or receives a refund for any other reason, the value of the prize already received will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
fitnessdigital reserves the right to cancel or postpone the prize draw only in cases of force majeure or technical issues that prevent it from taking place. In such cases, we will endeavour to resolve the issue so that the draw can be held on a new date.
If necessary, fitnessdigital will request the winner's bank details in order to arrange payment of the prize. The winner will have a maximum of 15 days to provide this information.
fitnessdigital.com reserves the right to publish the winner's username for promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out in these rules.
According to Article 12 of the Spanish Provincial Regulation (Norma Foral) 37/2013 on Corporate Income Tax, cash prizes of €300 or less are not subject to withholding tax or payments on account.
In any case, fitnessdigital recommends that you take the prize into account when completing your income tax return for the relevant tax year.
