If your product is not working properly and you need technical assistance, fill out the form, the more complete the information you give us, the more agile your incidence will be solved:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Description of the problem
  • Spare parts number indicated in the assemby manual, if required
  • Video and/or photos for functioning machine related incidences

For incidence related to the following brands' machines, we need the following additional information:

  • Nordictrack, Proform, Weider and Weslo: Serial No. and Model No. (find it on a sticker on the machine itself and/or in the instruction manual)
  • Reebok / Adidas: Serial number (you will find it on a sticker on the machine itself)
  • Salter: Serial number

Remember that the invoice of purchase is necessary to claim the warranty of your goods. We remind you that you can download the invoices of your orders in the customer area.
