If it´s a product, the prize will be shipped with one of our couriers to the indicated address. If you are not there at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to rearrenge the delivery. Once the information of all the winners have been collected, the prizes will be shipped and delivered within the indicated delivery time. In the event that the agreed prize cannot be delivered, a prize of the same or higher value will be given away. The prize will not be replaced for cash.
If the prize is a refund either partial or total of your order, it will be transferred to the bank address provided, having a period of no more than 15 days for the winner to provide us with such information.
