How do I return a product?

You can return it on your own to our warehouse address, including a copy of the invoice.

Or you can request the collection with our courier, you will have to contact us first to process it.

The collection costs are as follows:

1. For accessories, scales, mini steppers, heart rate monitors, electrostimulators, the cost  will be  €15.
2. For the rest of products that weigh less than 50 kg, the collection cost will be  €50.
3. For products that weigh more than 50 kg, we will provide you with a cost estimate on request.
