At the moment of delivery, before signing the delivery note, check that the number of packages matches the number indicated in the delivery note. If the number of packages does not match indicate "partial delivery".
In most cases the courier will inform you that it is a partial delivery and will arrange the delivery for the missing packages. If not, please contact us for more information.
If your order consists of only one package and you are missing any of the ordered items, it is possible that this order is sent from different warehouses. Get in touch with us and we will give you more information.
