We seek the complete satisfaction of our clients and therefore we keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
On all orders delivery costs are only 9.99€. The shopping basket automatically updates the delivery costs. We also take great care over the delivery and do everything possible to ensure that the delivery times are respected. For this reason we work with transport leaders such as TNT, DHL, DACHSER, DPD or UPS.
Our deliveries include curbside delivery, that is, at the door of your building or right to your driveway. It's entirely possible that your order may be delivered on a large delivery truck, so please do let us know if there are likely to be any access problems, and we can inform the courier that a lighter vehicle is required. The carrier is not responsible for uploading the order to your home but if you want it to, you can contact us to hire a delivery service at an extra cost, although on occasions, depending on the area where you live, this service may not be available.
