At fitnessdigital, we value our customers' opinions, both about the products they purchase and their shopping experience. Their feedback helps us learn and improve every day, while also helping other customers shop with greater confidence.
Where can you find reviews?
You can read reviews from other customers in the 'Reviews' section at the bottom of each product description.
You can also find reviews about fitnessdigital on our social media channels and on external platforms such as Trustpilot and Google Reviews. Please note that these platforms have their own publishing and verification systems, which are different from ours.
Who can leave a review and how do we collect reviews?
We invite our customers to share their experiences through an email sent a few days after their purchase, provided they have agreed to receive these communications in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To encourage participation, these invitations are linked to a prize draw. You do not need to leave a positive review to enter: all reviews, whether positive or negative, are subject to the same conditions.
What does a verified review mean?
We only display reviews on our website from customers who have actually made a purchase at fitnessdigital. We check that each review is linked to an order registered in our store.
In this way, and in accordance with the transparency requirements established by the European Omnibus Directive (EU) 2019/2161, we ensure that reviews come from genuine buyers who are free to share their experiences and give the rating they consider appropriate.
Do we publish all reviews?
We publish both positive and negative reviews. Our team checks the comments and only rejects those containing insults, offensive or derogatory language, advertising, personal information, false content or information unrelated to the product.
All reviews are welcome, whether they are positive or express some level of dissatisfaction.
In some cases, if a review includes a question, reports an issue or refers to a specific situation, our team may contact the customer directly to offer assistance.
How do we calculate product ratings?
Each customer can rate a product from 1 to 5 stars based on their experience. The overall product rating is the average of all published reviews. All reviews carry equal weight, regardless of whether the customer has participated in the prize draw.
