Most items has 2-year warranty, with some exceptions:
Domestic Line
- 2-year warranty for home/personal use.
- This type of machine located in a professional environment will lose its warranty.
Semiprofessional Line
- 2-year warranty for home/personal use.
- 1-year warranty for small gyms in hotels, spas, urbanizations, beauty centers, company gyms...
- 6-month warranty for large gyms and fitness centers.
Professional Line
- 2-year warranty for home/personal use.
- 1 year for use in other locations.
Electrostimulation accessories
- 6-month warranty on (battery, electrodes, charger and cables).
Sports watches and heart rate monitors
- 1-year warranty on elastics and straps.
- 6-months warranty on batteries.
- 6 months guarantee on electrostimulation accessories (battery, electrodes, charger and cables).
If a product has a guarantee period of more than 2 years, this will be stated in the product description. The guarantee is valid from the date of receipt of the product.
Sometimes a 6-month warranty applies for wear parts; if so, this will be stated on the warranty sheet in the product manual.
