If the product does not satisfy you and you want to return it, you have two options:
- If you want to return the product on your own, they will inform you about the costs at the agency that you will be using to manage the shipment.
- If we pick up with our courier, the expenses are the following:
- For products up to 5 kg, the transport costs are €20.
- For products between 5 and 50 kg, the transport costs are €50.
- For products over 50 kg, the transport costs will depend on the weight of the product.
Remember to protect the package as best as possible and add a copy of the invoice (you can always print it from your client area on the web).
If you have received a wrong product, different from the one requested, or it has arrived defective, we will assume the collection costs.
