Weight StackMarcy HG3000 is perfect for both beginners and intermediate users, as it features the weight multiplier guide and therefore the 68kg weight stack that generates up to 90kg of resistance.
Meet your goals while performing lateral pull-ups, tricep extensions and crunches with the high pulley. The low pulley is ideal for seated rowing exercises and biceps curls. Includes accessories for training with both pulleys. Handles or grips are perfect for incorporating different exercises into your routine that will help you avoid monotony. The cables of the Marcy HG3000 multi-station are manufactured with high strength and quality.
The arms of the Chest Press are independent and have a chain pin on each side. By removing these pins, you switch from the Butterfly to the Chest Press function, but this time with double the resistance - a very clever feature! In addition, the arms are covered with large foam rollers for extra comfort during your workout.
The dual action press arms with independent motion allow for chest press and vertical butterfly exercises.
Arm curl
The biceps desk is removable so you can take it out when you don't need it and is also height adjustable for isolated biceps exercises. To increase the variety of exercises you can do on your multi-station, dumbbells are ideal. You will be able to do concentrated biceps exercises and complement the different routines on the multi-station.
Leg Developer
The Marcy HG3000 Home Gym Multi Station allows you to exercise your lower body thanks to the leg developer for a full body workout. The foam rollers allow you to perform the exercises comfortably.
Bench
Both the seat and backrest of this bench are fixed. The padded upholstery provides comfort during exercise.
The weight selector allows you to perform resistance training safely thanks to this built-in safety lock. In addition, the weight plates can be adjusted with a key to ensure your safety. Very impressed with this purchase. The order process was straight forward. There are no email dispatch notices, but a simple online 'Where is this order?" shows the progress of your shipment, which for me arrived in 8 days. It comes in 3 boxes: 2 full of weights, and one long heavy box with everything else. There are lots of parts, but the assembly instructions are surprisingly clear and easy to follow. It took me about 4 hours on my own. First thing you notice when assembled is that this is a quality piece of kit. It looks good and feels sturdy. Although designed for the home market, it really wouldn't look out of place in a professional gym. The action is smooth and quiet and although I'm 6'4, and my wife is only 5'6, everything seems well positioned for both of us. Adjusting weights and switching between modes is easy allowing for rapid circuits of different muscle groups. All in all we love it.
The Marcy HG3000 is just what I wanted, it is well made was easy to put together and fits nicely in to the limited space I have. I am a big person, over 100kg and 6'2" tall and Yet I can comfortably fit on the Marcy HG3000 and exercise all my major muscle groups well. Brilliant.
This is an excellent home gym and much better built than so called professional gyms I've used. Not only excellent build quality but the design and operation is really slick, no swopping pullies and connections like other similarly priced home gyms. The service I received from fitness digital was also first class, they could not have been more helpful in assisting with the purchase and the delivery schedule. I cannot reccomend the gym and the company highly enough.

Very pleased with this excellent value for money, solid & very well built home gym, does everything a sports centre gym can do, very smooth operation. Clear assembly instructions, all fixings laid out and numbered on shrink wrapped card (4 hours to build including unpacking) only tool needed was a couple of spanners (allen keys supplied).
I have been using this Gym for over a year now and found all exercises to be good EXCEPT for the Pec Deck exercise which does not fully work your lower chest.regardless of the height you hold the rotating bars. I recently started going to my local gym to do my chest and now my lower chest is much more defined. This gym is well made and movements are smooth so it is a shame the chest exercise doesn't work all of your chest. If it was not for this I would have given a top score.
I spent a while researching multi gyms and found some really good ones but the price and delivery was putting me off. I had previously purchased a treadmill with Fitnessdigital and was delighted to find they had this Marcy gym in stock at the best price I could find anywhere on the internet. Even better was the free delivery when other places were charging the guts of €100 to delivery such a large item. Would definitely recommend FitnessDigital. Thanks
Delivery took longer than expected about 8 working days but it was worth the wait. This is a good looking piece of equipment and very solid, takes a few hours to assemble but the instructions are very clear and all parts numbered so is actually quite easy if you don't rush. Well worth the money.
Delivered quickly , clear instructions made it easy to put together , but it did take about 2 hours. It doesn't take up as much space as others home gyms but works the same. Strong metal construction with comfortable padded seat . Perfect home gym.
