Best Monitor yetTomTom Runner Cardio BlackHave had the runner cardio for a month now, the third one in five years but by far the best. It picks up satellite signals quicker than others I've had and I don't get communication issues with downloading to my iphone or computer. Not needing a heart rate monitor belt is a blessing also. Two small gripes, battery life could be better, and you don't see your activity on the watch itself although down loading is so quick this is hardly an issue. Five stars for me!

I also use the watch as an activity tracker and for alerts from my phone. The sports functions I have used are great, simple to use and easy to read the information while undertaking the activities. As a functional timepiece I really like the watch it looks good and there are a choice of faces to suit your taste. The battery life is very good - 1 charge lasting 2 weeks and that includes daily fitness training. Overall a fantastic product that I am very pleased with. Great value for money of such a stylish and functional watch.

Great piece of kitGarmin Forerunner 15 Black/BlueI already have a Garmin 800 cycling computer but wanted something to use for the amount of walking I do. This is just the thing. It links to my hrm and connects to myfitnesspal and map my walk apps. It has a decent battery life as well. It doesn't do what the top end garmins do but it does track what you are doing perfectly.

Stumbled onto it via the reviews after originally angling for the more popular Garmin. The Polar M400 shouldn't be discounted. Lovely feel to the watch and a multiude of options available. Feels more like an 'all-in-one', with the ability to track your running via exact GPS to know exactly how long you got; it has the heart rate monitor and a bundle of options to have on your screens that makes you feel like you got all the telemetry you need to assess your run. On top of that, it also has the ability to track your daily activity, something that has becoming increasingly popular with fitness bands. This has it all for the best price out there on the market here. Also have to say, it has an elegant enough look to pull off as an every day watch, if you are the sort of person who likes to wear that kind of money around all day long!
