Suspension Training is a method of training which takes advantage of the weight of the body itself, strengthens muscles, delivers a total body workout, and improves flexibility, balance and stability. Sports accessories created with this aim are made of high resistance nylon straps which can be adjusted in height, have grips and supports for feet and hands at one and, and an anchor point at the other, in order to give greater freedom of movement for each exercise.
