Wall bars

Wall bars are wooden or metal constructions fixed to a wall that you can find in the vast majority of gyms and sports centers. They offer a wide variety of stretching and toning exercises, and some accessories further increase their versatility. With wall bars one can work any part of the body: legs, arms, abs, buttocks, back, calf muscles, etc. In addition, having several heights means most of the exercises we can perform are easily adapted to our height, and we can also vary their intensity with the same ease.
