Why does a mark appear on the treadmill belt?

The mark on the treadmill belt is normal and is due to the heat-sealing process.

This mark appears on all our treadmill models.

All our treadmill models feature a custom-made running belt designed according to the specific characteristics of each model.

To adjust the exact length of the belt, both ends must be joined using a special heat-sealing process. This joint is made with an angled cut that ensures greater strength, durability, and a safe finish for everyday use.

As a result of this process, a small visible mark may appear on the belt. In some cases, during the first uses, a slight noise may also be heard when this joint passes over the front or rear rollers.

This is not a manufacturing defect and does not affect the performance of the treadmill. In addition, this slight noise usually disappears gradually after the first few hours of use.
