You may exercise your right of withdrawal by clicking on the 'Withdrawal from the contract' link in the footer or from the order information section in your user account. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complete product to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
In order to properly process your request, you must state in the form the order number you wish to withdraw from, as well as the email address used to place the order. If you only wish to withdraw from some of the products or services in the order, please specify this in the "Additional Information" field.
