We know returning a product takes time and energy, that's why we try to make it more comfortable for you. Find our returning conditions below:

30-Day Return Guarantee: You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Download the withdrawal form here.

Almost all items can be returned or exchanged as long as they are unused and in perfect conditions. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Although there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Refund exceptions:

  • Perishable goods (e.j. sports nutrition items).
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds if the original packaging has been opened and seal has been removed.
  • The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed.

The shipping costs for returning products will be paid by the customer.

You can self-ship the item back to our warehouse or we can pick it up using our carriers. Return pick-up costs are as follows:

  • For accessories, scales, mini steppers, heart rate monitors, electrostimulators, the cost is €15.
  • For the rest of products that weigh less than 50 kg, the collection is €30.
  • For the rest of products that weigh more than 50 kg, it is €50.

Once the product is in our warehouse and we have verified that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

In case you paid via bank transfer payment method, you wil asked to provide an IBAN code. If you return a defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or used item, it will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the products resulting from a handling other than that necessary from the mere verification of the good condition of the product. In this case, the asset may suffer a depreciation, from the moment it is received until the money is back in your account, no more than 14 working days after.

Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: fitnessdigital will take care of the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
