Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Almost all items can be returned or exchanged as long as they are unused and in perfect conditions. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. 

Although there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The return will not be applicable to:

• Perishable goods (e.g, sports nutrition items).
• For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds if the original packaging has been opened and seal has been removed.
• The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed.
• Subscriptions, once the code has been activated.
