How do I return a product?

You can return your order directly to our warehouse. Please always contact our customer service before sending your package back. Depending on the type of package or order, specific return instructions or a different return address may apply.

Please include a copy of your invoice or your order number with the return so that we can process it quickly.

Important: Do not send your return package until you have received the correct return instructions and return address from our customer service.

Or you can request the collection with our courier, you will have to contact us first to process it.

The collection costs are as follows:

1. For accessories, scales, mini steppers, electrostimulators, the cost  will be  €15.
2. For the rest of products that weigh less than 50 kg, the collection cost will be  €50.
3. For products that weigh more than 50 kg, we will provide you with a cost estimate on request.
