If you decide to return the product on your own, make sure that the transport agency provides you information on your tracking so you can ensure it, because our responsibility begins when we receive the package in our warehouse.
On the other hand, if we manage the collection, our responsibility begins at the time of collection.
Once the product is in our warehouse and we have verified that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered, the refund is made to the same form of payment which the purchase was made with.
In case you have paid by bank transfer, we will need you to provide us with an account number.
If any element of the product is missing or is not in the agreed state, it will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
From the moment we receive it until the money is back in your account, it will not take more than 14 working days.
