Features

This machine allows you to perform different exercises to maximize your leg workouts; leg press, hack squat and reverse squat. With a 45-degree angled design, it combines the leg press, hack squat, reverse hack squat and calf raises into one lower body strength training system.

With the press, you will concentrate the maximum muscular congestion on the quadriceps and calf muscles, while reducing the exercise of the gluteus, femoral, abdominal and lumbar areas. With the hack squat you will work the quadriceps, femoral, gluteus, calf, soleus and the entire abdominal lumbar region (core).

In both hack squat and press, you can also give more intensity to certain muscles by using different techniques or positions. For example, an excellent technique to improve imbalances is to exercise one leg at a time. Slightly placing the tips of the toes outward will intensify the adductor and internal quadriceps work. Putting the feet together will work more intensely the gluteus, external quadriceps and abductor. Raising the feet on the platform we work more the femoral and gluteus and on the contrary if we place them at the bottom of the plank we will emphasize the quadriceps.

Designed for a professional workout environment, this leg press is designed to be a long-lasting product. The high-density foam padding and sweat-resistant vinyl guarantees that you can perform your workouts in maximum comfort. The heavy-gauge rolled steel tubing has a premium quality finish with rust-resistant protective coating.

Thanks to a simple pop-pin design, you can easily and quickly change the backrest and footrest, allowing access to the shoulder support pads. Fully adjustable to all heights, the padding and handles have been lengthened to provide an ideal position whatever your height.

The 4 storage poles support a weight load of up to 450 kg, enabling you to keep all your Olympic discs in place and your training space tidy.

Exercises

Leg press
The leg press is a combination exercise that works the quadriceps, gluteus and femoral muscles. It is perfect if you want to relax your lower back.

With the leg press it is possible to relax the upper body, which enables a stronger mental connection with the lower body muscles and therefore heavier weight movements and a stronger activation of the congested muscles.

Hack Squat
It is much safer than the free squat or barbell hack, especially if you are inexperienced or have an injury.

It isolates the quadriceps very well, the back and shoulder pads help us to push, so it allows us to work with more weight than we would work in a free squat. It is quite an effective exercise, not only at high intensity, but also as a non-weight warm-up because of its range of motion, which is why it is a perfect machine for those who are just starting to stimulate their lower body.

Unlike the leg press, squats allow full extension of the hips, contributing to a much greater wear of the entire leg. With the squat we not only work more muscles because it is a complex movement, but we can also gain endurance and achieve greater performance in other exercises or disciplines.

Reverse Squad
A different squat, facing the backrest instead of resting the back on it, we free the torso and we can change positions, emphasizing the gluteus, the same as we do in the squat.
