I like assembling equipment etc and this was one of the best as the instructions were easy to follow. I had a multigym before this and this was easier to assemble than a multigym. This is ideal for anyone who wants a power cage but hasn't the space as it is more compact but it has all the functionality of a power cage plus get a bench as well which is great value for money. I have already usedthe rack it has been rock solid. I also had a bench that had a lat tower attachment but would often move during exercise but the rack doesn't move and is very sturdy. I cant recommend this piece of enough as an intermediate user it ticks all the boxes.
