Good except pec deck I have been using this Gym for over a year now and found all exercises to be good EXCEPT for the Pec Deck exercise which does not fully work your lower chest.regardless of the height you hold the rotating bars. I recently started going to my local gym to do my chest and now my lower chest is much more defined. This gym is well made and movements are smooth so it is a shame the chest exercise doesn't work all of your chest. If it was not for this I would have given a top score. Go to product 3524 Nov 2017
