Excellent value for money!Tecnovita S2000 Indoor BikeSurprisingly sturdy and comfortable. I?m used to my professional spin classes so wasn?t convinced such an affordable bike would suffice. It?s perfect. Sturdy, comfortable and the flywheel is heavy enough to ensure a smooth workout with plenty of scope to increase resistance. Definitely recommend.

Rebounding is the future of fitnessTunturi 4-folding Fitness TrampolineFitness trampolines are a great all round workout option and this one can be folded away neatly when not in use. I am a Heart failure patient and have been working out at home for a year now and this trampoline has helped bring my fitness to the next level. There are free rebounding classes Available on YouTube that explain the different exercises you can do on the trampoline. The removable handle is great for beginners or people with limited movement. I love it.
