I bought these mats for home work out use. They are simple excellent. There is a great cushion to them while the anti-slip side of them makes them safe and practical to use whether on carpet, wooden floors or tiles. Worth the few quid extra.

I already have one and I was buying a second one because they're that good. Great cushioning, extremely flexible mat and very long to cater for tall athletes. Best mat on the market!
