Very sturdy, great value This arrived on time, well packaged. It's extremely sturdy. It's verysimilar to what you would find in a commercial gym. I managed to assemble it by myself but it would have been much easier with 2 people. It comes with a european plug so I did have to buy an adapter but that was inexpensive. There are plenty of programs to choose from and lots of space to walk on it. I look forward to improving my fitness. Go to product 554 May 2021
