I was kept updated on the progress of my order every step of the way and my order arrived on time as promised. Pleasant delivery staff also.

Found the site through Google shopping. Wasn't aware they weren't in England until after I made the purchase but they arrived in an acceptable time frame, was well packaged and I was keep updated with emails and tracking info throughout.

I have used fitnessdigital more than once now and love the speed of delivery and the value. I have not needed to use returns, so can not comment on that part of my experience. 4 Stars as I can not comment on Cutomer support or returns, experience has been very good.

Cannot fault the service from Fitness Digital. The item I ordered arrived on time, and I could track it the whole way from it's origin. Great prices too!

The follow up was very good after I identified an issue with the invoice/delivery address. The issue was then with the courier. Customer service was top class.

only two bad points. the strap of the h7 sensor and the gps that it is terrible. I had to call over the phone due to I had not received any email confirming that my order was dispatched. It was a gap for two days that worried me, because was an important amount and it is good to maintain informed your customers.
