The product is great so have no need to experience returns or problem solving. The delivery stated next day - I ordered it on a Friday and got a text to say it would arrive Tuesday - it came Wednesday but I didn't mind as it was not an inconvenience. The price was competitive and availability of the colour I wanted was the main reason for purchasing from this company.

I was very pleased with the service from Fitnessdigital. It was easy to order and I was pleased to find an offer running which saved me some money which was a bonus. I was kept informed of expected delivery date with a text the day before to say it would be delivered the next day and on the day I had a text with a window of an hour for scheduled delivery. Very impressed, why can't all companies be as good and do the same. Well done for excellent customer service.

This Company was so efficient, and I got my Polar the next day, I got a text from DHL to say it was on its way and a Serial No to track the progress. This was great as gowng to a funeral I had to postpone delivery to next day. Then the courier phoned to say he was outside my Apartment complex, so all in all Inwas very impressed to receive such excellent service.

I am always worried about making a purchase a web site that I haven't heard of or used before, particularly one that is based outside the UK, however I was extremely impressed by the very competitive price and the super fast next day delivery.

I placed my order before the cutoff time for 24-hour delivery on a Friday (approx 10am), but only after placing the order did I notice in the small print that no deliveries are made on Saturdays. Then on Monday, DHL phoned at about 8pm to say that they wouldn't be able to deliver that day and it was eventually delivered on Tuesday. The item was posted from Spain - I can't say whether this contributed to the delivery delay, but it definitely increases the risk of not meeting the 24-hour delivery offering.

I cannot complain about the service from fitnessdigital - the price was the lowest I could find and delivery was free. And all with 24 hour delivery, perfect. In practice, though, the delivery took a week. It was dispatched from Spain by fitnessdigital on the day I ordered it. But only got as far as the UK in 24 hours. Then once it got into Ireland 5 more days went by before I received it. I provided the delivery company with directions to my address on 3 separate occasions over this period. Each day I was informed by email that my parcel would be delivered that day... And then on delivery I discovered the directions taped to the package! So thank you fitnessdigital for a great product at a great price - but you might need to change your 24 hour delivery promise, or the delivery company when sending things to Ireland.
