The equipment is amazing - the delivery was awful I purchased this for my wife, but the whole family is using it. A fantastic and sturdy thread mill that has lots of features and we really could not have asked for anything else. The delivery however was a nightmare - delivery was confirmed for Thursday and then I received an email after I swapped work shifts to say it wouldn't be delivered. Delivery driver refused to bring it into the house and the device was left outside in the rain while my wife waited for me to come home. So the deliver cost money, almost damaged the device and required I organise 3 other people to come help get it in. They also left a pallet which I had to pay to get recycled. I love the device but probably wouldn't purchase from Fitness Digital unless they changed shipping companies. fitnessdigital answerThank you very much for your detailed review. Regarding the delivery, were sorry that the experience was not as smooth as expected; as stated in our delivery conditions, this type of delivery is made at street level.
