Top quality product I've been using this for just over a week. Once I got through the assembly (took just over an hour), I started using it straight away. I noticed a few squeaks and wobbles at first, but this was because I hadn't tightened everything correctly when putting it together. I've gone back over it since, tightening everything, and It's now whisper quiet. Since I use it in front of my TV twice a day, silence is important. One gripe I have is about the heart rate monitor. Even though my heart rate is easily 140-150 bpm, placing my hands on the sensors always starts off displaying 72... And very slowly crawls its way up to the correct reading over the course of the next minute or so. It shouldn't take that long to read the heart rate, and I have no idea why it does. All in all, I'd recommend this make and model to anybody that's looking to buy a decent cross-trainer, but doesn't want to risk too much money doing so. Pretty Good Shipping was a day or two, slower than estimated. The delivery person was very helpful though and the item was very well packaged. It took me (female) just under 1.5 hours (which flew) to assemble alone. The assembly diagram instructions could have been "larger" I felt to identify what screws went where. Sturdy item, feels and moves like a quality piece of kit. A little unimpressed with the console, I expected more from it but realize now it's standard & it has a very basic manual on how to use it. For some reason I thought because it was "Mains Powered" that this would move on it's own like a treadmill would, but it doesn't, it just means that the resistance can be set through the console instead of manually having to do it. Great Machine for the price We wanted a compact Cross Trainer and this fitted the spec we wanted. The machine gives you a good, varied, workout and sits alongside our Reebok Bike. Easy to build and good workout Delivery service was great, super friendly and accommodating driver who offered to bring the package all the way to my door, would never had gotten it in myself. The assembly was easier than expected. Be careful when pulling off the plastic covers from the parts as some of the screws are already in place but can be loose, almost didn?t notice one small screw got stuck in the tape. Took me and my partner about 1.5 h to put together but could have done it by myself as well the instructions are really clear. One of the screws, when attaching the ?handle poles? to the pedals did not align properly on one side but after a few stubborn tries got it to work. Would definitely recommend, does exactly what I need for someone using it 5 days a week from 30min to 1h at a time. No squeaks and have not noticed any other faults either.
