Pretty Good Shipping was a day or two, slower than estimated. The delivery person was very helpful though and the item was very well packaged. It took me (female) just under 1.5 hours (which flew) to assemble alone. The assembly diagram instructions could have been "larger" I felt to identify what screws went where. Sturdy item, feels and moves like a quality piece of kit. A little unimpressed with the console, I expected more from it but realize now it's standard & it has a very basic manual on how to use it. For some reason I thought because it was "Mains Powered" that this would move on it's own like a treadmill would, but it doesn't, it just means that the resistance can be set through the console instead of manually having to do it.
