The Marcy Power 10 has been designed for 7ft Olympic bar and plates, but it can also be used with standard 1" equipment (adapters included). It features a separate bench for walk in squat capability. The bench comes with an easy curl lat bar, single handle and shiver bar, preacher pad and a leg developer. The developer has 6 oversized roller pads; its pivot points guarantee proper alignment of knee joints for improved biomechanics. The Power 10's high pulley features a 900kg tensile strength aircraft cable for added safety. The nylon pulleys have sealed ball bearings; the heavy duty frame, club style "Akimbo" uprights with diamond striker plates and safety catches are guaranteed to stand even very intensive use. The Power 10 requires a 7ft bar (not included). Its maximum weight capacity (user + weights) is 273kg (602lbs).
