Olympic bars are a type of strength training accessory used for free weight training. This type of bar is available in different lengths, but they all have a thickness of 50mm. Olympic bars can only be complemented by Olympic discs to increase exercise possibilities and not by standard discs, which have a hole with a smaller diameter.
