Olympic System Marcy SM600

Weight train in safety at home with the Marcy SM600 half smith machine and weight bench, this set up comes with a half cage rack with a smith press that enables you to train alone safely. The smith bar features heavy duty hooks on either side that can lock into any one of the several slots along each upright, safety catchers can be tactically positioned to any height and they will prevent the bar coming down any further than where they're positioned, you can push yourself harder without worrying about getting the bar back into place.

An adjustable bench also comes as part of the combination, the rack and bench can be used together for bench press or as separate pieces for free weights, squats and more. As a Marcy product the SM600 falls under stringent build quality and manufacturing standards so it uses heavy duty steel giving it a 140kg (308lb) weight load capacity on the rack and 135kg (21 stone) user limit for progressive strength increases.
