The PowerBlock Sport 50 makes up part of the adjustable dumbbell range. The PowerBlock weights allow you to adjust and increase the weight you are lifting as you get used to the product and increase your body strength.

The PowerBlock Sport 50 replaces a massive 16 pairs of dumbbells, saving you space and money.



The PowerBlock Sport 9.0 comes in three different weight stages

·  Stage one starts at 2kg and works up to 22.5kgs

·  You can then add Stage Two, which expands Stage 1 Sport 9.0 to 41 kgs per hand. With the Stage II add on kit this PowerBlock replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells or 1163 kgs of free weights.

·  Add the Stage Three and it expands Stage 1 &2 Sport 9.0 to 59kgs per hand. The Sport 9.0 with all 3 stages replaces 37 pairs of dumbbells or 2186 kgs of free weights.

Increments achieved with the Sport 9.0 Stage I Dumbbells are; 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22 and 22.5 kgs per hand.
