Recumbent exercise bikes

The recumbent bike is a variant of the exercise bike. In fact, the technical characteristics of this cardiovascular machine are very similar to those of an upright exercise bike, but since the user is in a low position and is inclined during the physical activity, the work performed is somewhat different. Both the exercise and the access is more comfortable and easier, so they are especially recommended for people of advanced age, reduced mobility or who suffer from back pain.
