The ground-based Cage Torso Trainer from the Reebok Functional range is a diverse multiplanar training tool great for total body strength and dynamic power workouts, enabling the user to add rotation to traditional power patterns. You can also turn your Torso Trainer into a T Bar row machine to include T Bar rows into your workout. Simply insert the 7ft Reebok Olympic bar (sold separately) into the pivoting sleeve of the Torso Trainer at the unit’s base and you’re ready to work.
