There are only three products that can really improve a yoga session, a good mat gives you a 'sticky' surface that enables you to transfer you energy and force in to the ground and therefore relaxed into the postures and poses. A yoga block helps you to relax and position yourself in the best position for you to enjoy stretches and a yoga strap gives you additional leverage during stretches particularly when stretching your legs.
