Fitnessdigital presales team was really helpful and fast to answer our queries as we want to make sure this fitness bike can be used for spinning classes as well ( i.e. you can control the resistance without need of any software/subscription) . The delivery was within a week. Easy assembly and clear instructions. Build quality is great, it's very stable and quiet, the seat is comfy. BH Osaka works perfectly with Zwift and Les Mills spinning sessions my wife is into. The only modification we did - replaced pedals with SPD-SL ones. Can't be more happier with this purchase!
