Product was delivered and in the quality as expected, very happy with the service and support

I am extremely happy with my experience with FitnessDigital.ie. From placing my order to receiving my Wellbox 2 everything was smooth, professional and hassle free. The service was excellent and the whole process gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and with the level of service I received. I would happily recommend Fitnessdigital.ie to anyone looking for a reliable company, great products and excellent customer service. I will definitely shop with them again ❤️

It was easy to order the product and the delivery was inside the promised delivery time (the box was damaged during delivery but the machine was protected inside the box and there was no damage to it). I did contact the support for advise before ordering to help me decide which treadmill to choose and so far I'm very happy with it.

Overall ,good experience.

Overall, I had a very positive experience shopping with FitnessDigital. I received an order confirmation almost immediately after placing my order, followed by another email the next day with a tracking number. This made it easy to keep an eye on the delivery progress until the package arrived. The order was shipped from Spain to Ireland and took around 14 days to arrive. Although the delivery company did miss the original delivery date they had given me, the parcel arrived safely shortly afterwards. The courier was friendly and professional when it was delivered. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and glad I chose to order from FitnessDigital. I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

Im based in Ireland. This product is sent from Spain. The delivery stated it would take 8-12 days. On day 11, I was not able to track my order. I tried to email them. I got their reply the other day, which I didn't expect so fast, and I think that was very good service. They don't leave you worried, and I got an update for my order very soon. Very good customer service.

Can’t fault the buying process

The Reebok Jet 300 Series Treadmill is fantastic for home workouts. It’s sturdy, smooth, and feels very reliable, whether you’re walking, jogging, or running. The incline and speed controls are easy to use, and the console is clear and intuitive. Overall, it’s a high-quality treadmill that makes exercising at home enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend!

No issues with purchasing. Good selection of products.

the support team was very helpful

It is easy to navigate and offers a good range of products from well-known brands, along with useful comparison tools and a wide price range. For our needs, we chose an Adidas treadmill, and everything went smoothly. They also included a power plug for UK/IE, which I wasn't even thinking about, so the equipment is ready to use once it arrives at home!
