Like a coach telling you to go faster, go slower, what you are capable of. Easy as well to set up the way you want it to look. Great watch. I use to run a lot 20 years ago and have just returned to running. Up to 6K now and increasing by 500m a week. The watch GPS helps me there as I can design all my runs beforehand on the Garmin website.

I love the wake up alarm and notifications. Tracking activity is great to see patterns like when you get a better night sleep etc but generally I don't find it very motivational. However, I already exercise enough 6+ times a week and I guess anyone trying to increase training may find that helpful. Battery charge is brilli

Brilliant to know when you are spiking your heart rate and when you are cooling down. How many cals burnt is great and knowing when and which zone you are brilliant too. Thumbs up all around!

hi i bought this watch as 'i'am a watch collector i like sports watches so when i seen this watch some time ago i had to have it even not knowing a lot about it but when i bought it and got it home i was amazed to find out how easy it was to set up as i said i collect watches the suunto yellow watch must be the most comfortable watch i ever bought i had it on my wrist for about a week and when i changed back to my every day watch i missed it a lot, the desgin and shape of the watch is simply great best i have bought so far and will be buying more in the range as i seen other sunnto watches on this site i like very much (also the price range is great for these times) i like this very much

This is a brilliant little tracker. I bought it as a cheap tracker to keep me going between the time I lost my flex and the new fitbit charge HR came out. I'm using the charge hr now but the other half has inherited the zip and loves it too. I think I preferred it to the flex as the fact that you never have to charge it is a great advantage. Also, it's more discreet to hide etc and harder to lose than the flex with its dodgy wrist strap. It's excellent value for money too and I think if the fit bit charge hr hadn't come out, i'd be wearing the zip for a long time to come - the lack of need to charge far out-weighing not being able to bring it into the shower etc. The display is a bit hard to see but i had it hidden away anyway so I used my phone if I wanted to check my stats. The app is excellent. Would recommend.

This is perfect for what I wanted and is so easy to use. It does exactly what it says on the tin and the training files are perfect for keeping track and looking back when needed, fantastic monitor I love it!

The forerunner 220 is an excellent product. I bought it through fitness digital having established this was the best price for Ireland. A good indicator of its quality is that in the post Christmas sales I could find no discounts. The product does everything it claims to do. It also looks very good and its very light.

Done a lot of research and after one month, am very happy with the watch and very pleased with the speed of service i received.

Great watch, shame it doesn't come with a user manual though! Had to google how to use everything on you tube! Once that was out of the way I love it!

I need to be more active. That little device help me to be conscious about it. I used everyday and I try to bit my goal all the time. The device it is small easy to lost it if in the pocket. The app for android not that good but if you track your exercise online it give you a lot of information. You can share the activity with friends.

I love this product. It gives not only training sessions but also has a daily activity tracker. I would highly recommend this item to not only serious athletes, but those looking to get started too.

As I would expect from Garmin the Swim watch works really well and is very easy to use. It is also quite suitable to use as an everyday watch.

Great product. Was in between 2 minds on whether to get this or the polar loop. After reading the reviews I decided on this one as I have tiny wrists&I like the fact that their was a smaller wrist band. I was worried that with the polar loop needing contact with skin to work if it didn't fit correctly it wouldn't work on my small wrists! Also the fact that you had to press the polar loop every time you wanted anything displayed vs vivofit which displays constantly. Vivofit was definately the right choice for me. Love my purple colour&the band fits! So far so good. Only had it for a few weeks but have used all the functions. The sync system is pretty good and works fast. I have a nexus 7&sometimes have issues with the devices connecting but they do eventually! Comfortable chest strap(have worn overnight). I like the fact that you can link myfitnesspal to the vivofit app&they each calculate calories based on food&exercise. My main reason for getting this was because most heart rate monitors are pretty bulky&vivofit&polar loop seem to be the only slimline fitness bands that have heart rate monitor displayed on the screen. I'd definitely recommend this product, especially for people with smaller wrists.

I ordered this watch / monitor online for an unbelievable 45 Euro, including postage. The watch arrived within 48 hours. The watch exceeds my expectations by a mile and the service couldn't have been better. I will be back.

Love the device, it's stylish, simple and small, it gives me a basics information to supplement my weekend training. The webservice on the other hand is pretty "Flakey", could not get the watch to sync with the app and in turn with the website, also complete dashboard reporting across both my polar devices (RCX5 & Loop) is not connected, so it's a pain having to compare 2 different sets of data.
