I bought the caps because I suffer from tight calf muscles from running and found that they help me to get a better nights sleep and therefore helps the healing process after hard workouts. I also found that after two days of taking the product my calves are much looser. I would totally recommend this product and I will be purchasing again.

This watch has everything I need for my social and work life. I am a fitness instructor and also workout on my own time. Now I can take accurate measurements and times especially when I am swimming which will let me concentrate on my workout without losing count on my laps...Great watch...

The scale is good in general, easy to use and the users memory is a great feature. We are athletes so the fat % is not accurate but that's fine for the price. The fact that is not suitable for serious athletes is clearly stated so we kind of expected it. But GREAT product overall!

Big enough to fit my Forerunner 920xt and heart-rate monitor comfortably, and protects them well when I'm travelling and not wearing my watch or HRM.

Garmin has gone a bit too plastic on the charger in my opinion, but it has a firm grip on my 920xt. I'm disappointed that it didn't come with a wall charger but there's always the option to buy one extra, and PC USB charging is quick enough, and allows me to do any pending software updates at the same time.

Overall delighted with this watch, My first GPS watch. Always finds location, if sometimes a bit slowly connects perfectly to HR chest strap.The Garmin online site for reviewing workout is detailed. For the price couldn't ask for more.

Lovely little fitbit. Struggled for a while setting it up, particularly the sleep mode, but with a little help from a friend, well, I got by! I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to get fit the easy way.

The instructions to set up are very clear and easy to follow - even for an IT numpty like me! The dashboard of activity very clear - and love the encouraging update messages during the day to motivate me to do my target walking. The badges are great fun - I was very chuffed at my penguin badge ! Great fun and easy to use

This records steps as I use my keyboard which I do daily in my job so not very usefull

This "watch" does keep track of activity and helps me very much to be aware of exercise. I am really pleased I bought it and would recommend it to friends and colleagues.

This heart rate monitor was just what I needed to take a step up with my training. Easy to use and simple. I can see my average heart rate for each run/ride and can see it during. You can easily switch between displays whilst you're out but simply bringing the watch closer to the monitor. Definitely would recommend!
