Perfect heart rate monitor, also gives you exercise duration and calories burned! The watch itself is comfortable to wear, and the heart rate strap is comfortable you wouldn't even know you're wearing it! Perfect for keeping an eye on heart rate during pregnancy.

I had the 500 which I found to be very good. As I do a lot of cycling alone for safety I wanted the tracking unit. Also the pacing facility is useful. I know it has Strava etc but I haven't used these yet. Good Unit, very happy - order PV0720587.

We've been using these scales for a couple of weeks now and are very pleased with them. I did think when ordering there would be a catch because scales with very similar functions and accuracy can be 3 or 4 times the price. The think I would point out is the scales are quite a bit smaller than what I would consider a normal size for bathroom scales, so a good bit of my size 13's (Eu49) do hang over the edge but this doesn't seem to impact the scales performance. At this price I think I can live without the ability to export data to Garmin Connet, something I really wanted but just couldn't justify the price tag. Will wait to see how long they last (this is our third set of Tanita scales, others have been more expensive models which both failed at about the 3 year mark)

Very efficient and easy to use, with a clear easy to read display. If you don't need a lot of features you'll never use this watch is perfect.

Very pleased with this excellent value for money, solid & very well built home gym, does everything a sports centre gym can do, very smooth operation. Clear assembly instructions, all fixings laid out and numbered on shrink wrapped card (4 hours to build including unpacking) only tool needed was a couple of spanners (allen keys supplied).

One of the best product on the market. Worth the money. Together with H7 are fantastic companion for any activities. Syncing any time with IPhone + Flow software making my exercises easy to understand and analyse to improve further. Highly recommended

The Fitbit One is doing what l hoped it would. It is getting me off the settee and exercise! Cannot wait until Christmas when the rest of the family get theirs and we can challenge each other. Cute little gadget too!

does just what i wanted

Best watch I've ever owned! There's so many useful functions built in to this watch, it looks great and performs to an out standing level! If you ever find your self stranded somewhere, you better have this watch handy!

Been using this for 3 weeks now - already seeing some improvement - even more impressed now that I am using it for cycling, running and hiking. The Flow App is great. I prefer chest strap and not interested in optical so I can handlebar mount it when cycling. Thoroughly recommend these for runners and cyclist

Very comfortable heart monitor you actually forget you have it on. Simple to use watch

I can't fault my Polar M400! It's easy to use and has great functionality.

I have the Polar M400 "Sports Watch" for about two weeks now, it is working well to date. One little quibble with the NAME used on the advertising of the product. Why call it a Heart Rate Monitor when there isn't any chest strap & sensor included in the box. ( A bit misleading) This has necessitated my having to buy a Polar H7 HRM separately at a later date ----- extra cost to me :-( Tom

was really keen to get a water proof fitbit which would take account of aqua-aerobics class but sadly, although the device itself has loads of great features, it is too big for my wive's very small wrist

The photos are of 25mm sand weight plates - the 30mm plates are chrome - wish these were the 30mm - I can't find them anywhere
