I wanted this to help target my swim training using heart rate targeted interval training. It took some getting used to, but I think this is in part because it has so many functions - although some better descriptions of what they are for and how they work would help. Has helped me understand my swimming stroke, and actually consider starting to take up running. Would recommend for anyone wanting to improve their exercise routine. Company sent the item promptly, and was best price around.

I have a chronic illness which means I don't have much energy. But having the watch at least shows me that somedays I do more than I think I do. This really helps motivate me to keep improving. I love how it tracks my sleep too as some nights I think I have barely slept but my watch shows otherwise! Delighted I bought it!

I recently purchased a Garmin Forerunner 10 from Fitness Digital. Their promise of next day delivery to Ireland was absolutely spot on. I recently bought this watch, its simple to use and easy to read. In comparison to the Forerunner 10 it seems a little more flimsy, although that may be the newer models I'm not sure. Overall I am happy with it.

I bought hear scales as I had been weighed on the medical version by tanita and seen the weekly difference in muscle mass, fat etc. I wanted to be able to continue the fat loss journey at home. I had become upset some weeks not seeing the numbers change due to muscle gain. These help massively. They're not the easiest to use and took me a while to set up. It's important to always stand correctly on them to get accurate results and set them on the floor before selecting the memory or guest settings otherwise they seem to add their own weight the minute they're placed on the floor. Other than that they provide accurate results though and were a bargain at the price I paid so I'm happy.

I have ordered the gym balls from this website twice and in both occasions they couldn't deliver one of the products. It took them a couple of weeks to inform me that they are not able to supply a product.

I really enjoy using this product to keep track of swimming. But it is important to push off from the wall to allow watch to realise you are starting new length. Pros: Upload and analyse swim performance, strokes and speed. Cons: Can not upload workouts to this device, so back to piece of paper for the planning session. Giving 4 starts and initially thought that upload activities were just like my other garmin products, but this feature does not exist with this particular product.

I use the monitor daily in the gym for calorie tracking and pulse rate when I am spinning. I find the product excellent I used the Polar FT4 previously for 2 years and never required to change a battery. Polar monitors are user friendly and will definitely purchase again in the future.

After looking for a home microdermabrasion kit I came across this one and was surprised to see it was about 30% cheaper than other online retailers. It is easy to use, after 3 weeks of use I have noticed my skin is clearer and a lot smoother.

I found this very usefull to monitor my heart rate when exercising after having an heart attack.

Pros: - very easy to set up - lightweight - i wear it all the time and have no disconfort from it, even at night. - i use it mostly for cardio exercises and it'd very accurate when it comes to detecting each rep. - the coach for outdoor jogging and cycling is amazing. I guarantee you will improove your stats without any doubt. Just put your headphones on, start playing your training music and start your fitness coach. - 6 months battery life - waterproof Cons: - sometimes it doesnt connect from 1st time to sync activity. - lack of heart rate monitor - i would pay twice the price if it has HRM. All in all, you cannot buy anything better for the money. For the price range, there is nothing better under 150$.

The device looks well and would suspect quality of measurements is very good as always with Polar kit. Unfortunately returning as appears it only works to full potential if you have a Polar wearable.

Easiest clipping mechanism I've found (used other companies also) and gives the quickest and consistent readings. Also use this for getting HRV recordings and gets a result more consistently than the strap recommended by the company who do the HRV assessment. Also using this in gym and climbing settings - comfortable to wear for multiple hours at a time

Delighted with the my new Polar M400. It has provided the motivational kick in the arse I needed to get back on track. Fitness Digital was easy to use; however the next day delivery took two days. No biggie!

Very easy to setup and feels really robust. Have only done 100k on it so far, and so far so good. One minor issue is that if you have the resistance turned up, and the pads are really gripping the flywheel, you can get a slight whine/wirring noise - but it's not an issue as it's not too loud; A set of headphones helps!

I am really enjoying the stats that back up the training - easy to use - the only slight issue is how long the sync to my phone takes.
