It is a simple yet effective motivator to go out and get the steps in! However have had continuous problems trying to sync data onto my smartphone. It works fine with laptop but smartphone it isn't functioning properly

I do bodyweight (a kind of crossfit) and running workouts, and use schedules and coach voices on mobile phones, and some biometric sensor including cadence. When data start flowing in the apps, there is one truly reference point for measure exercises intensity and calories burned: the cardio belt. I choose to train with Polar H7. Because is the most precise on the market, and consistent in record variations during the sessions. With Bluetooth connects to my phone and Apple Health kit, so other apps can then pull automatically what has been recorded for mix data and fill dashboards. I used Suunto before, but was Ant and not almost invisible to dress as the H7.

Vanilla flavour protien is an amazing product and does wonder for me as a post work out protien intake. It's fat free and can be used as a meal substitute. fitnessdigital has a brilliant customer service and product delivery times are so quick it beats any other companies for deliveries. Product arrived in excellent shape. I will be ordering more soon my stocks are low . Fitnessdigital is highly recommended for quality and service and after sales communication. Oh and the product was cheepest anywhere on Internet Some of the well known high st shops wanted me to pay double the money what fitness digital charged me. Stable bench with nice and clean design, feels very solid. Put together by 14 screws in short time.

Simple system that is very easy to use. Has different size settings for use on various bar diameters. Then just slide in your spark and use as normal. Excellent design and very good product. Delivery from fitness digital fast and reassuringly professional with email updates along the way.

I was disappointed to find that the FT7 only has basic user settings. You cannot set your upper and lower training zone thresholds manually. You can only set your HR Upper Limit. The FT7 uses your MAX HR together with your date of birth, weight, height, and sex to calculate two training zones for you. These are your Fat Burn and your Fitness zones. These are displayed on a simple bar graph with an indication of where your heart rate falls within the zones. You can lock the HRM into either zone and an alarm sounds when you exceed the MAX HR for that zone. The HRM is easy to use the transmitter/strap are comfortable wear and the watch/training computer looks quite robust and durable. All in all a good basic HRM but perhaps lacking in some functionality for the money.

Perfect for beginner runners! I love it and it's really helping me with my pacing!

I am delighted with my FitBit One. I had been using a more basic pedometer for a couple of years, but wanted something that could track my sleep, too. The FitBit has taken the tracking of my activity to a whole new level literally and figuratively (it counts floors/height ascended, not just steps on the flat. And with the FitBit App on my phone and dashboard on my computer I have all the information to hand easily.

It came flat packed and took me 2 hours to build. The instructions make it look harder than it is. It is a very solid piece of kit and is the perfect size for a home gym. The only 2 draw backs are the leg press attachments which i left off because they get in the way when your on the bench, they are too low to get your legs under. And i am quite a broad lad so the width of the bar could do to be a few inches wider. All in all though very happy with it.

This is an effevtive product, easy to take with almost imidiate changes, would recomend this. Also arrived very shortly after buying

I doubted between the Polar V800, Polar M400 and Apple watch. Used previously Fenix 2 from Garmin which became a bit unpredictable with HR measuring. Based on my current needs I went for M400 as I didn't have much use for other measurements, although as I started outdoor running more actively I realised V800 could be better choice now. However I love my M400 for what it enables me as it covers my whole day, buzzing me sometimes for further activity and helps me not being overtrained from my gym sessions. Also syncing with Polar flow and further integration with Apple Health is awesome. Initial setup was easy and my passage onto new watch was without any hassles. What I don't like it's watch strap, I would definitely change it if I could, but there is no way. Based on the value to money ratio I would go for this watch again as a gym person, although for indoor running you'd need a food pod to measure distance and speed. Outdoors these measurements are taken from GPS.

Great price for a basic HRM watch. Amazing next day delivery. Easy to set up. At this price entry point for a HRM watch the screen scratches easily so I recommend a cut out of a mobile phone screen protector and put it on the watch face.
