Really pleased with how my order was handled. Initially my item was out of stock but I was kept updated on likely timescales and was delivered a week later as promised. Would definitely recommend.

I was a little disappointed to find out after I had placed my order that the product was not in stock and would have to wait two months! But what I was esp impressed with was the speedy replies to my emails and being kept updated with as soon as you guys knew. I even got my product way before the date given with speedy delivery that I could track...again exceeding my expectations! I found the service that I received awesome , even though they did not have the product I purchased in stock at the time, they kindly offered me to change my order if I was ok to wait , I decided to wait and everyday they sent me updates on the stock of the product and when it will be available again and that they where sorry for the wait, super friendly, even though I had to wait it was still fast service as I was only waiting a week which I was expecting regardless, this is why I will definitely be using this service again in the near future.

First of all fitnessdigital were the best price around for the polar Ft4. When I ordered I got an email straight away to confirm and then emails letting me know exactly where it was in terms of dispatch and delivery I received the watch the next day. Fantastic service I would use again

I ordered the Fitbit Charge HR. The product was delivered within the delivery period however I had to call the courier service to provide the correct address. The address provided by fitness digital was completely random. This was easily corrected and the product arrived the next day.

The service I received from fitnessdigital was second to non, swift despatch ans super comms from the sales department. When I had a problem setting up the product they were very willing to offer assistance, alas it seemed that it was my own stupidity and not a product issue. Thanks fitnessdigital, great service.

Fast procedure from clicking the buy button till the moment i had the tanita-scale. The scale arrived not exactly in the date mentioned in the site but I got it 2-3 days later. Very good product, it works fine.
