Fitbit One BlackFitbit One Blackgreat device to monitor progress. it makes you walk the extra steps to reach targets and exercise levels improve. I find the sleep monitor a bit tricky to use, sometimes it records sleep and yet other times it doesn't. I'm planning to log a food diary and see how this matches against calories burned.
