The Duo Adapter Set allows you to use any recommended set of two Theragun attachments at once to treat more of the body with Theragun percussive therapy in half the time. With an innovative design that optimally positions both closed-cell foam attachments to contour to the different shapes and curves of the body, the Duo creates unique ways to treat specific areas, ailments, and more.

How to use

Cone Attachment Combination

Leverage the pinpoint muscle treatment and trigger point therapy of the Pro-favorite Cone attachment and deliver twice the targeted percussive dose on small muscle areas like the hands and feet.

Supersoft Attachment Combination

Decrease the time it takes to treat extra-sensitive areas by increasing the surface area in contact with the body. Use the Duo and Supersoft attachment combination to treat either side of the shin at one time in one single motion.

Standard Ball Attachment Combination

Use the Duo and Standard Ball attachment combination for focused treatment on large muscle groups like the pecs, lats, quads, and other leg muscles.

Dampener Attachment Combination

Treat tender or bony areas, areas focused on recovery, and those in need of low impact treatment in half the time. Harness twice the surface area of the Dampener’s wide base for our greatest, most efficient contact with the body and fast tension release.

Thumb Attachment Combination

Simulate the touch of not one but two human thumbs combined with the therapeutic benefits of percussive therapy. The Duo and Thumb attachment combination was intentionally designed to be wide enough to treat the unique anatomy of the spine and Achilles tendons.
